Tucked away on what was once a golf course, Ashbrook Townhomes is a welcoming community of neighbors located in the western suburbs. Ashbrook’s picturesque landscaping, solidly built and beautifully appointed townhomes create the perfect backdrop for our residents to enjoy leisurely walks, bike riding or relaxing by one of our three ponds.
Consisting of twenty-five buildings and 112 townhomes, Ashbrook is close to expressways (both I-55 and I-294) and several major grocery stores. And there is no shortage of great restaurants in our area. Within a few miles of Ashbrook are many fine dining and casual eateries – including steak houses, Italian cuisine, Irish pubs, burgers, Asian, organic, Mexican, and more.
